The OmniVoice speech model is Apache-2.0. Its bundled Higgs Audio tokenizer is covered separately by the included Boson community license and incorporated Meta Llama 3 license. MLX Audio and MLX Whisper are MIT-licensed runtime software. Their full notices accompany installed packages and model files; those private local files are not distributed as browser assets.

The Boson license requires requesting an expanded license where the annual active users of the licensee's or affiliates' products/services exceed 100,000 in the preceding calendar year. No expanded commercial license has been obtained or asserted by this project. The operator must check the applicable terms before public adoption or distribution.

Only generated task speech is exposed as browser audio. The supplied speaker-reference recordings remain private. This notice does not confer rights to third-party speaker recordings or claim endorsement by the model authors.
