Accessibility at BrainHunters Academy
We aim to make the experience understandable and usable across phones, tablets, and computers. This page explains the features to try and the areas where a learner may still need support.

Make yourself comfortable

Sound preference
The same setting as the sound button in the header; saved in this browser.
Keyboard navigation
Use Tab to move between controls, Enter or Space for buttons, and Escape to close the language menu.
Less motion
Decorative animation follows the reduced-motion setting on your device.
Choose a comfortable way to interact
Use touch, a mouse, or keyboard controls for the interactive buttons. Prompts are written in text and have optional read-aloud audio. Activities that involve moving items also offer tap or keyboard controls. A grown-up can read the displayed prompt if audio is unavailable.
The interface is designed to reflow on smaller screens. Browser zoom can make text larger. Keep the device at a comfortable brightness and pause whenever your child needs a break.
Motion and sound
Decorative animation respects the device’s reduced-motion preference. Narration is optional and can be replayed. Playback depends on audio availability, the browser, and device settings.
Animations and encouraging feedback support the activity but should not be needed to understand an answer. The parent can help interpret a prompt if sound or motion is unavailable.
Known limits
Some activities intentionally teach visual skills, including color identification, picture matching, and shape recognition. Text alternatives cannot always preserve the same learning objective. Learners with color-vision differences or limited vision may need adapted practice or an adult’s assistance.
The application has not received an independent accessibility certification. Compatibility may vary with assistive technology and device settings. For accessibility questions, contact info@brainhunters.academy. Include the page or activity, your device and browser, and the control that was difficult to use. Do not include your child’s personal information.
A practical starting point
Try one activity together before a child uses a new device or assistive setup. Confirm that the prompt is understandable, answer controls are reachable, and feedback is clear. Choose a different learning world if a particular activity is not accessible for your child.
